Step One
Discover
Our AI studio will help you explore the different use cases, since the studio infra is based on GCP with micro services set up, it will help to develop a proof of concept that can be tried in parallel with other application, and then what works best can be focused on to develop and deploy further.
Step Two
Design
Our design approach is to simplify leveraging the APIs that different LLMs offer. The architecture is modular, so you can switch between the different LLM model, including an open source LLM (HuggingFace) running locally. This design will help our not only to try out different application but also each one can be tried out with different LLM and then data based decision can be taken based on cost and accuracy.

Develop
Our AI studio is like a well oiled machine, where we have leveraged enterprise grade server and infra set up. Deployment and infra management is completed automated so that developers can simply focus on development of code and testing results.

Deliver
With our AI studio, delivery is incremental and flexible, with ability to deliver a quick proof concept to an full fledged application that is ready to go live. Timelines and scope for each phase of delivery can be defined and output measured in our Dev and Staging Environment before taking it to production.

Discovery Phase
Immediately after project kick off, we spend two to five days together in an intensive session so that we can dig down to the core of the product’s value proposition. This discovery phase helps us to break down the project’s requirements into major epics and helps the product manager to define major delivery goals by mapping and spreading the epics into future sprints.
Risk Mitigation
To reduce the risk, besides running the discovery phase, we run ORIT (one roof integrated testing) after each milestone, in which all major stakeholders come together under one roof to review the progress, have demos of the work done and agree on fixes and review the timeline and acceptance criteria of the upcoming milestones.
